Job Summary
Our client is looking to add an Epicor Business Systems Analyst to the IT department. This is one of three branches that operates like a small business with manpower and support of a large company. They are looking for someone to join their tight knit team to not only help them improve and develop their current system (E 10.2) but also help with customizing and configuration to help improve their current system to enhance their business. This person will have a hybrid schedule allowing them to work remotely, once settled. This job offers:

Qualifications Needed:
- Technical ERP support; monitoring and troubleshooting all tickets as well as documentation
- Assisting with the configuration, training, and testing during ERP upgrades and implementations
- Identify gaps in system and provide business process improvements
- Solid understanding of Epicor an Kinetic
- SQL, BPMs, BAQs, and other reporting languages
- Strong knowledge of EDI and C# within Epicor
