Eclipse ERP Analyst
Our client is a leading distribution company committed to delivering top-notch products and services to their diverse clientele. With a strong focus on innovation and efficiency, we are seeking a skilled Eclipse ERP Analyst to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in optimizing their product files, pricing audits, and data management processes.
As an Eclipse ERP Analyst specializing in product files and pricing, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of our Eclipse ERP system. Your primary focus will be on managing product files, conducting pricing audits, analyzing pricing variances, maintaining data sheets, and driving organizational change initiatives to improve overall operational performance. Key Responsibilities:
Product Files Management:
Maintain and update product files within the Eclipse ERP system.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of product information, including descriptions, specifications, and images.
Pricing Audits:
Conduct regular pricing audits to identify discrepancies and ensure pricing integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve pricing issues and discrepancies.
Pricing Variances Analysis:
Analyze pricing variances and trends to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize pricing structures for enhanced profitability.
Data Sheets Maintenance:
Create and maintain data sheets for products, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to gather and update product-related data.
Change Implementation:
Drive and implement process improvements and changes within the organization.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and align ERP system capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as an ERP Analyst, with a focus on Eclipse ERP system.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in implementing process improvements and driving organizational change.
