Our client is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and innovative solutions in the healthcare industry. As we expand our operations to accommodate the growing demand for Community Connect sites and clinic acquisitions, we are seeking a talented individual to join our Cadence Prelude team.

Position Overview: The Senior Epic Cadence Analyst will play a pivotal role within the Cadence Prelude team, collaborating closely with three other Cadence Analysts and one specialist focused on Community Connect initiatives. This position requires a seasoned professional well-versed in scheduling practices, with a strong analytical background.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize expertise in Epic Cadence and Prelude to optimize scheduling processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions effectively.
  • Build and configure various components within the Epic system, including referrals, decision trees, televox integration (preferred), workqueues, templates, SER, deficiency tracking, ROI analysis, facility structure, and departmental configurations.
  • Maintain high visibility and engagement with customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Proactively address challenges, seek assistance when needed, and maintain open communication channels with team members and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer-centric approach, delivering exceptional service and support.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Epic Cadence and Prelude Certified for a minimum of five years, with demonstrated proficiency in system configuration and optimization.
  • Extensive experience in building and configuring Epic modules, including referrals, decision trees, televox integration, workqueues, templates, SER, deficiency tracking, and ROI analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude, with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Willingness to relocate if necessary and attend onsite meetings at least twice a month, preferably within an hour's drive of our location.
