Epicor Business Analyst
Our client is a leading provider in their respective industry. They are committed to delivering innovative solutions to their clients and enhancing their operational efficiency. We are currently seeking an experienced Epicor Business Analyst to support their ERP instance of E10.2.600. Job Overview:
As an Epicor Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing the use of Epicor E10.2.600 within our manufacturing client’s operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and implement effective solutions that enhance system performance and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and system specifications related to Epicor E10.2.600.
Process Improvement: Analyze current manufacturing processes and workflows, recommending enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
System Configuration: Assist in the configuration and customization of Epicor E10.2.600 to align with business needs and industry best practices.
Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users, ensuring they are equipped to effectively utilize the system.
Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for system issues, working closely with the IT team and Epicor support to resolve problems promptly.
Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into business performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, system configurations, and changes made to the Epicor environment.
Project Management: Assist in project management tasks related to system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with Epicor ERP systems, preferably E10.2.600.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Experience with system testing and validation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
