Senior Supply Chain Manager Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our client’s team. They are a leading manufacturing company known for providing superior quality products for their customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain management, including planning, procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationship management. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in Epicor's Kinetic ERP system to streamline operations and drive efficiency across the supply chain. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain processes using Epicor's Kinetic ERP system.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve planning and procurement strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, sales, finance, and engineering to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with overall business objectives.
Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and performance management activities to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability of supply.
Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance performance and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to supply chain management.
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Supply Chain Manager in a manufacturing environment, with specific experience using Epicor's Kinetic ERP system.
Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS certification) is a plus.
