Job Description

The Sr. Workday Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Analyst will act in a techno/functional role in the organization and will be the go-to Workday person for the internal expertise of reporting, data management, and ticket resolutions. This candidate will work mainly in configurations within Workday modules Benefits and Absence.

Daily activities include:
  • Analyze business processes and develop new and optimized workflows within Workday
  • Creation and loading of EIBs management and troubleshooting of tickets
  • Translation of business needs into actionable technical projects, through requirements definition and gathering
  • Workday reporting and security concepts (defining and creating roles) are a must.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within the different departments

  • Required Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Workday supporting HCM, Benefits, and Absence
  • Hands-on configuration of HCM, Benefits, and Absence
  • Creation of Custom, audit, and Ad Hoc reports
  • Experience with maintenance, support, and testing for data management, system administration, and data audits
