Location: State of Wisconsin - Remote
Pay: up to $72 per hour DOE

Job Overview:
Planet Technology's client is seeking an experienced DevOps Support Engineer (Application Architect III) for automation and support of their Java DevOps environment. This position will automate the CI/CD pipeline and support development, deployment, integration, refactoring, and scripting needs for their DevOps environment and offender management application systems. The candidate should have exposure and experience with tools built with Agile and DevOps principles in mind. This contractor will perform CI/CD automation, environment updates and upgrades, Java microservice development, refactoring and support in their DevOps environment. These task assignments are required in order to support the integration development for offender management systems, other state agencies, and external entities.  This position will be responsible for automating and optimizing our DevOps environment and support of the APIs and microservices.

Tech Stack: GitLab, Rancher, Argo CD, Nexus, Kustomize, Maven, JUnit, JMeter, SonarQube, Prisma Cloud, KeyCloak, Okta, AzureAD, and Relational Databases
