Content Marketing Contractor
Location:
Remote, U.S

Content Marketing Contractor to manage various aspects of channel marketing, copywriting, and social media responsibilities. This opportunity is a short-term assignment, necessitating a commitment from Sept 25, 2023 through about Dec 15, 2023. The ideal candidate should possess a background in marketing with familiarity in digital advertising, including programmatic, search, and social media.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Channel Marketing Responsibilities:   65%
  • Development and revisions of channel partner sales collateral. This includes, but is not limited to: PowerPoint slides for existing products, Sales Flyers, (1-2 pages each), Case Studies, FAQs, Rate Cards, and Training Presentations, as needed
  • Coordination of new partner onboardings
  • Research as needed, to support Sales Team and Training Team, utilizing IBISWorld, eMarketer, and Insider Intelligence subscriptions
  • Case Study development
Social Media Organic Postings:  30%
  • Craft compelling copy for all organic posts
  • Create comprehensive creative briefs with precise design instructions for designers
  • Generate quarterly social media reports showcasing audience growth & engagement, using Hootsuite & other tools
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Marketing Director to ensure content and visuals align seamlessly with brand positioning
New Business Team Coordination 5%
  • Extract leads from ZoomInfo (lead gen provider) to VP of New Business
  • Meticulous RFP proofing to ensure flawless submissions
SKILLSET:
  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple work streams against various deadlines
  • Strong collaborator, always seeking input from team members and key stakeholders
  • Proficient in proofreading and editing copy
  • Capable of crafting effective creative briefs for graphic designers
EDUCATION & PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Marketing experience
  • Digital advertising familiarity and experience
  • Journalism experience a plus
  • Sales experience a plus
  • Proficient in Google Suite Applications and Microsoft Office Applications
