Contract Negotiation Status & Progress Reporting. Support the management of agency contract (NDA, MSA and Work Order) negotiation process progress, in partnership with our client's Legal and Procurement team that helps prioritize contracts based on business needs. Includes real-time status reports and monthly reporting on all agency contract activity (e.g. completed, in negotiation, in discussion) for leadership visibility.
Agency Roster: Support the maintenance of client's Agency Roster which identified all active, in-active, and prospective Global Marketing agencies categorized by skills, capabilities, costs, etc. Help ensure roster accurately reflects active and prospective agencies’ contractual standing with UA (e.g. NDA, MSA, etc.) and categorization based on approved criteria.
Vendor Set-up: Manage and report on the completion of new agency set-up within internal systems (e.g. Ariba) to ensure company and invoicing detail accurately reflects the awarded scope.
PO/BPO Tracking & Reporting: Manage and support the resolution of PO/BPO issues that may arise on an ad hoc basis to ensure proper agency invoicing, payment and internal financial tracking
