Senior Creative - Writing $100 - 110

This role is for somebody who is a true storyteller — a highly skilled writer, creator, and collaborator. You will help build new brands that connect to and further enhance the existing structure of the brand. You will guide the story of the brand creative from initial spark through concepting and execution. You know how to speak to viewers, how to invite them into new experiences in authentic, engaging, inclusive, and innovative ways. You will collaborate cross-functionally across many organizations. You will work closely with design, strategy, and cross-functional partners to shape how the brand manifests cohesively on and off product. You will craft foundational brand elements, from vision to values to positioning. You will lead the explore of brand name and voice, helping define the feel of the messaging and experience from a viewer perspective. You will tell the story of the brand to fellow collaborators and stakeholders along the way. You are somebody who loves to think big and small at the same time, who knows that impactful results hinge on thoughtful details. You know the power of language and how to employ it effectively and memorably through copywriting and scriptwriting alike. You are passionate about the shared humanity behind great stories, well-versed in or curious about technology, and committed to weaving brand experiences that both evolve our product and drive culture.

• Extensive storytelling experience as a writer, with a focus on creating brands
• Effective and innovative in inviting and engaging viewers
• Forges the voice of new brands and authentically evolves existing ones
• Distills complex ideas into clear, compelling messages
• Highly skilled copywriter and scriptwriter
• Conceptual thinker who is specific, holistic, and strategic
• Nuanced and adaptive problem-solver in a quickly evolving environment
• Advanced understanding of what makes content engaging and successful across platforms and audiences
• Develops work for a variety of platforms and use cases and is skilled in thinking how those impact myriad devices, experiences, and scenarios
Connects the dots between design, product, and culture — and can weave all of those elements into an impactful, memorable story
• Crafts brand stories that feel larger than the sum of their parts — that not only connect into culture, but influence culture
• Seamlessly flexes across different media and content, from sports to entertainment
• Collaborates well in a cross-functional design team environment
• Consistently delivers highly thoughtful and impactful work

Additional Requirements:
• 7+ years experience relevant writing, creative, and brand experience
• Portfolio and/or samples showing strength of brand voice, specifically through copywriting, scriptwriting, and crafting core values and positioning
• Passion for the brand and relentless in preserving its authenticity
