Job Title: Director of Strategic Brand Marketing
Location: Venice, FL (Remote candidates considered with 1-2 times every month travel)

As the Director of Strategic Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative consumer campaigns that raise awareness of our products and enhance the overall brand presence. This role requires a passion for building brands, particularly in consumer-packaged goods, with an emphasis on better-for-you/wellness products.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional strategic thinking abilities and a proven track record of developing effective brand positioning strategies and achieving positive results in leading creative teams. The ideal candidate has a background in design / art direction, experience implementing creative processes, and is not afraid to get into the trenches and develop designs both personally and with in-house designers.
- Develop creative and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies and initiatives to drive consumer awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform brand strategies.
- Develop and manage brand and product positioning, messaging, and tone of voice that resonate with the target audience.
- Oversee and manage internal and external creative teams, in tandem with an Art Director, including writers, designers, videographers, and more, to deliver compelling and effective marketing assets.
- Collaborate with the channel marketing team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, print, events, and PR.
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed and maintained consistently throughout all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the internal and external creative team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand marketing or creative management, preferably in consumer-packaged goods.
- Proven track record of developing successful brand and product positioning strategies and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities, with a keen understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience managing internal and external creative teams.
- Copywriting experience and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly creative and innovative, with a passion for building brands and delivering impactful marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in design, art, marketing, business, or a related field
