Epicor ERP Project Administrator

This organization implemented Epicor 9 years ago and are running version E10.2 in an On-Prem environment. Their environment is highly customized. In this role, you will support approximately 50 users within a single location. This organization is owned by a larger entity comprised of over 50 companies. Because of their size, there is room growth potential amongst various divisions. This is a remote position with up to 25% travel as needed.   

Responsibilities for the Epicor Business Analyst:
  • Write and maintain documentation related to system design and customizations, implementations, and best practices
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas of improvement
  • Document and analyze requirements from key stakeholders and assist in developing project plans/timelines to achieve success of implementation
  • Configure, test, and implement system changes within the ERP
  • Troubleshooting and analyzing applications to define root cause of error where needed
    • Document and revise programs to correct errors
  • Provide ERP support and training to end users
  • Work on implementations of software’s such MRP and Credit Card processing


Requirements for the Epicor Business Analyst:
  • Epicor ERP experience, minimum of 3 years
  • Experience writing and maintaining documentation, configuring and testing system changes, troubleshooting, and providing support/training to end users
