Our client is a leading global manufacturing company known for their commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. As part of their ongoing growth strategy, they are seeking a dedicated ERP Manager to oversee and optimize their enterprise resource planning systems.
Job Summary: As the ERP Manager, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the ERP systems align with our client’s business objectives and support operational efficiencies across various departments and global locations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • ERP System Administration: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the ERP system (E10 or Kinetic), including configuration, customization, and user support.
  • EDI Integration: Coordinate electronic data interchange (EDI) processes and integrations with external partners and suppliers.
  • TMS Oversight: Manage transportation management system (TMS) integrations and optimizations to streamline logistics operations.
  • SSRS Reporting: Develop and maintain SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Data Migration & Archiving: Lead data migration projects and implement data archiving strategies to ensure data integrity and system performance.
  • System Upgrades and Enhancements: Plan and execute ERP system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison with ERP system vendors, managing relationships and contracts to ensure service levels and support expectations are met.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management processes to minimize disruption during ERP system changes and upgrades.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of ERP specialists and analysts, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) managing enterprise resource planning systems, preferably E10 or Kinetic.
  • Strong expertise in EDI, TMS, SSRS, and data migration & archiving methodologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing a team.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
