Are you ready to make an impact in healthcare technology? Our client is expanding their team to accommodate the surge in Community Connect sites and need someone to spearhead the Cadence/Prelude solution. While not all projects will be ground-up builds, we anticipate varying workflows and new builds, especially for specialized clinics. You'll collaborate closely with Ambulatory and PB/PB Claims Community Connect Analysts, ensuring seamless integration.

This role demands dynamism and adaptability, with monthly or bi-monthly implementation cycles. As one of five key members in the Cadence team, you'll lead Community Connect initiatives while also supporting main hospital and other clinic operations. We're seeking individuals with Epic Cadence and Prelude certifications, ideally with Community Connect implementation experience.

Client satisfaction is paramount. You'll need to establish a strong presence, maintaining proactive communication and transparency throughout projects. Expect to be customer-facing, particularly during implementations. While remote work is an option, onsite presence within an hour's drive is mandatory during implementation phases.

Client Expectations:
  • Proactivity: Anticipate needs and seek assistance preemptively.
  • Communication: Regular updates, sharing progress and challenges.
  • Efficiency: Rapid acclimatization, aiming for peak efficiency by month two or three.

Under this manager leadership, micromanagement is a non-issue. We value autonomy and expect team members to voice questions and concerns openly.

Transitioning from TeleVox to HelloWorld (Epic's scheduling reminder system) is on the horizon. Additionally, participation in the on-call rotation is required.

Essentials:
  • Epic Cadence and Prelude Certification (5+ years).
  • Community Connect Implementation Experience (preferred).
  • Expertise in referral management, decision trees, templates, and more.
  • Strong client engagement skills.

Location:
You must either be local or willing to relocate. Hybrid work arrangements are available, with two days remote per week. However, onsite presence is mandatory during implementations. Relocation assistance is provided on a case-by-case basis.
