Our client, a healthcare organization based in the Pacific Time Zone, is seeking an experienced Epic MyChart Analyst for a full-time, fully remote position. This role focuses on configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Epic MyChart patient portal, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for patients accessing their health information.
About the Role:
As a MyChart Analyst, you will collaborate with internal teams to enhance patient access to medical records, appointment scheduling, secure messaging, billing, video visits, and other self-service features. You’ll play a critical role in designing and implementing solutions that improve patient engagement and operational efficiency across the MyChart platform.
Current Projects:
Implementing MyChart Bedside (a dedicated resource is already assigned)
Schedule: Must be able to work 9 AM – 5 PM PST
Key Qualifications:
Epic MyChart Certification required
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 3 years of Epic MyChart experience (5+ years preferred)
Strong soft skills can compensate for slightly less experience
Proficient in:
Campaign and questionnaire builds
Open/direct scheduling
Imports/exports
MyChart billing
Video visit workflows
Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Design and implement innovative MyChart system solutions
Lead successful handoffs of enhancements and projects to production
Collaborate across departments to analyze, define, and meet system objectives
Serve as a liaison among users, ISD teams, and vendors
Conduct research, develop project deliverables, and provide workflow analysis
Support business and clinical outcomes through high-quality deliverables and teamwork
Logistics & Travel:
100% remote – must reside outside of Montana, New York, and certain California cities (San Francisco, Los Angeles, Hollywood)
Must work PST hours
Annual travel for team gatherings or project events may be required; all travel expenses are covered
