Our esteemed west coast client is actively seeking to augment their team by welcoming an accomplished Epic Senior Professional Billing/Claims Analyst. This pivotal role comes at a time of significant expansion for their organization.
As they embark on implementing new Community Connect sites on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, this position will assume responsibility for overseeing both PB and PB Claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct ownership of PB and PB Claims for Community Connect implementations
Utilize extensive experience in Epic PB Admin and PB Claims, spanning over 5 years
Prior experience in Community Connect implementations is highly desirable
Proficient in building and managing PB Admin, Charge Review, Charge Router, GL, PB Claims, Remittance, WQs, claims support, follow-up, and related functions
Demonstrate exceptional customer engagement skills with a high level of visibility
Proactive communication and ability to seamlessly integrate into existing workflows
Remote positions are available in the following states: Connecticut, Hawaii, Michigan, Oregon, Texas, Washington, and California.
