Epicor Business Analyst Our client is a leading manufacturing company dedicated to innovation, quality, and efficiency. We are seeking a skilled Epicor Business Analyst to join their team and support their operational excellence initiatives. Job Summary: As an Epicor Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing their business processes through effective use of the Epicor ERP system. You will collaborate with various departments to identify needs, gather requirements, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support their growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and document functional requirements for Epicor ERP enhancements.
System Configuration: Assist in configuring the Epicor ERP system to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices.
Data Analysis: Analyze data flows and processes to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the system.
User Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving queries related to the Epicor system.
Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the manufacturing operations.
Project Management: Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of enhancements and adherence to project timelines.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and training materials.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with IT, operations, and other departments to ensure successful implementation of Epicor solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Epicor ERP, including modules related to manufacturing, inventory, and finance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
