ERP Financial Systems & Business Process Analyst
Our client is a thriving organization seeking a skilled and motivated ERP Financial Systems & Business Process Analyst to join their team. As a key player in their ERP implementation project, you will be instrumental in bringing efficiency to their financial systems and business processes, particularly with the implementation of Kinetic. Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the successful implementation of Epicor Kinetic, focusing on financial systems and business processes.
Contribute to the design and configuration of the ERP system to align with best practices and organizational needs.
Post Go-Live Support:
Provide ongoing support in areas including month-end and year-end close processes, GL (General Ledger) management, and journal entries.
Address end-user inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to financial systems and business processes post go-live.
Business Process Optimization:
Analyze existing financial and business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
Propose and implement enhancements to streamline workflows and improve overall financial operations.
Collaboration with Finance Teams:
Work closely with finance teams to understand their requirements and challenges, ensuring the ERP system meets their needs.
Provide training and documentation to end-users on financial processes within the ERP system.
Data Integrity and Accuracy:
Monitor data integrity within the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial information.
Implement and enforce data quality standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Financial Systems Analyst or similar role, with specific expertise in ERP systems (preferably Epicor Kinetic).
Strong understanding of financial processes, month-end and year-end close activities, GL management, and journal entry processes.
Previous experience in ERP implementations and post go-live support.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of financial systems and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and cross-functional environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certification in Epicor Kinetic or relevant ERP systems is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
