Epicor Administrator/Programmer
Our client is a renowned manufacturer specializing in high-quality products for the manufacturing and foundry industries. As they continue to innovate and expand, they are seeking a skilled Epicor Administrator/Programmer to join their team. This role will be instrumental in managing and optimizing the Epicor ERP system to support their manufacturing operations. Responsibilities:
System Administration:
Serve as the primary administrator for the Epicor ERP system, overseeing configurations, user access, and system security.
Ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of the system to support manufacturing operations.
Customization and Development:
Develop and implement customizations within the Epicor ERP system to meet specific business requirements.
Utilize programming languages such as C# and SQL to create tailored solutions and enhancements.
Integration and Data Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Epicor with other business systems and applications.
Manage data migration, cleansing, and validation activities within the Epicor system.
Reporting and Analytics:
Design and develop reports and dashboards within the Epicor system to provide actionable insights for decision-making purposes.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
User Training and Support:
Provide training and support to end-users on Epicor system functionalities, ensuring proficiency and maximizing system utilization.
Troubleshoot system-related issues and provide timely resolution and support.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Epicor Administrator/Programmer, preferably in a manufacturing or foundry products environment.
Strong understanding of Epicor ERP system administration, configurations, and customization.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and SQL for system customization and development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Certification in Epicor ERP or relevant systems is highly desirable.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or foundry products industry.
