Epicor Kinetic Specialist
About the Client:
Our client is a leading manufacturing company in their industry, With a commitment to innovation and operational excellence, they are looking to hire an Epicor Kinetic Specialist to optimize their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and help drive efficiency across their business functions.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Epicor Kinetic Specialist to support the implementation, management, and optimization of the Epicor Kinetic ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Epicor Kinetic, along with expertise in manufacturing operations, to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement across the organization. This role will work closely with key stakeholders to enhance the system’s capabilities, address business requirements, and troubleshoot issues.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP System Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the Epicor Kinetic ERP system, ensuring the system operates efficiently across various departments, including manufacturing, production, inventory, and finance.
System Optimization: Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system improvements, process automation, and optimization. Recommend best practices for configuration and use of Epicor Kinetic to improve business operations.
Implementation & Upgrades: Assist with the implementation of new modules and upgrades to the Epicor Kinetic system. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful deployment, including system testing, data migration, and user training.
Training & Support: Train end-users on Epicor Kinetic processes, ensuring they understand how to use the system effectively and efficiently. Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for users across the business.
Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with relevant teams to enhance workflows through Epicor Kinetic. Document new processes and ensure they are implemented correctly within the system.
Reporting & Analytics: Develop, manage, and generate reports and dashboards in Epicor Kinetic to provide actionable insights to business leaders. Help the business leverage the ERP system for data-driven decision-making.
System Customization: Customize Epicor Kinetic to meet the evolving needs of the business, including creating new forms, workflows, and reports. Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement customizations.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for all Epicor Kinetic-related issues, collaborating with IT, finance, manufacturing, inventory, and other departments to ensure system integration and user satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience (3+ years) working with Epicor Kinetic (or Epicor ERP) in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in ERP implementation, system optimization, and troubleshooting within the manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and inventory management.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong understanding of Epicor Kinetic modules and features, including manufacturing, production, inventory, and financial modules.
Proficient in data migration, system integrations, and report generation.
Ability to troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and resolve problems efficiently.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support non-technical users.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Relevant certifications in Epicor Kinetic or ERP systems (preferred).
