Epicor Project Manager - Kinetic Implementation Location: Multiple Locations (Travel Required up to 25%) Job Type: Full-time, Contract (Year-long)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Epicor Project Manager to support the implementation of Epicor Kinetic across multiple manufacturing locations for our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the successful deployment of Kinetic, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, meeting project deadlines, and coordinating between cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Epicor Kinetic across multiple manufacturing facilities.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure project alignment and success.
Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of resources and personnel to ensure the project is staffed with the right expertise at all stages.
Timeline Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring that timelines are met, and potential risks are mitigated.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and issues, proactively solving problems and escalating when necessary.
Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of Kinetic across multiple locations, including training and communication plans.
Reporting: Provide regular project status updates, reporting on progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.
Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets to ensure the project stays within financial parameters.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically managing Epicor Kinetic or similar ERP implementations in a manufacturing environment.
Project Management Certifications: PMP, Prince2, or similar certifications preferred.
ERP Knowledge: Strong understanding of Epicor Kinetic and its application in manufacturing.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive results.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to various manufacturing sites as required for project success.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in manufacturing industry processes and operations.
Familiarity with other Epicor modules or manufacturing ERP systems.
