Job Description
Epicor Sr. Financials Consultant
Our client is actively seeking a talented and experienced Epicor Sr. Financials Consultant to join their dynamic team. As a pivotal member of their organization, you will play a key role in the implementation, optimization, and support of the Epicor Financials suite, ensuring alignment with the business’ objectives. Responsibilities:
Financial System Implementation:
Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Epicor Financials, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align system configurations with organizational requirements.
Customize and configure the Epicor Financials modules to optimize performance.
User Training and Support:
Provide comprehensive training to end-users on Epicor Financials functionalities, ensuring proficiency and maximizing system utilization.
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to address user inquiries and enhance user experience.
System Optimization:
Proactively identify areas for system optimization, recommending and implementing improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance overall financial operations.
Report Development:
Design and develop financial reports using Epicor tools to meet end-user and management reporting requirements.
Ensure accuracy and relevance of financial reports.
Data Integrity and Security:
Monitor and maintain data integrity within the Epicor Financials system, implementing and enforcing data quality standards.
Manage user roles and permissions to ensure data security.
Collaboration with Finance Teams:
Work closely with finance teams to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions within the Epicor Financials framework.
Implement changes to meet evolving financial reporting requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Epicor Financials Consultant, with expertise in system implementation and optimization (10+ implementations completed)
Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and data management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certification in Epicor Financials or relevant ERP systems is highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
