In this role you will be supporting Epicor Kinetic instance with around 40 users with in Finance, and Warehouse Operations. You will troubleshoot issues end users are having, gather requirements needed for customizations and help with integrations from time to time. They use Jira for their ticketing system, so someone with that knowledge would be amazing. This is an on going support role that can extend on going for the right person that is good at managing their time and has great customer service. This is a 3-month contract with a high likelihood of extension for the right person.
Must Have:
5+ Epicor 10+ (kinetic preferred)
BAQ's/ BPM's, Dashboards
User Support (Customer Service)
Gathering Requirements (know how to talk to the business)
Integrations (add outside software to talk with Epicor)
Nice to have: Jira (ticketing system), Salesforce (CRM)
