IT/System Administrator (Epicor BisTrack)
Our client is a leader in the lumber industry. They are currently seeking an IT/Systems Administrator to maintain the current ERP system and support operations on a daily basis. This team fosters a collaborative environment, puts technology first, and offers a wealth of growth opportunities. This is an intricate role for the organization and will report to the IT Manager.
Responsibilities of the IT/System Administrator (Epicor BisTrack):
Maintain current BisTrack system and support operations for users
Maintain security through process and structure for user access
Support and recommendations on replacing hardware
Support and lead integrations
Provide training and user support on ERP system
Complete upgrades

Requirements for the IT/System Administrator (Epicor BisTrack):
Knowledge of BisTrack system and structure
Problem solving skills – ability to analyze technical problems, determine root causes, and develop remediation strategies and permanent solutions
BisTrack implementation and integration experience
Creating and delivering training materials
Ability to create security process and structure within ERP
