Our client is a leading hospitality company specializing in creating unforgettable experiences for their guests. Currently, they are seeking an experienced Infor CloudSuite Systems Analyst to join their team.

This position plays a critical role in providing overall support and ownership of Infor's CloudSuite systems, collaborating with various teams and business units to ensure seamless operations and successful implementation of the ERP system.

  1. In-depth experience with Infor CloudSuite
  2. Proficiency in HCM, Supply Chain, and Finance Modules (Experience in at least one module is required; multiple modules preferred)
  3. Strong working knowledge of SQL
  4. Thorough understanding of IT Security and Compliance
  5. Proficiency in system planning and analysis
  • Lead the design, support, and administration of the corporate and property-based Infor CloudSuite ERP system, including Integrations and related systems supporting Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain functions.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Administrative Systems and other Information Technology management members to plan and implement technology solutions across the organization.
  • Act as a liaison and project management counterpart while engaging with application software vendors and internal/external partners to address core business needs and software requirements.
  • Develop Infor Process Automation (IPA) and ION workflows in collaboration with the Director of Administrative Systems to meet business objectives.
  • Formulate implementation plans and schedules in coordination with IT Leadership, aligning with business unit requirements and corporate goals.
  • Define technology and related standards to be implemented across business units and ensure adherence to established standards.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive system and user documentation for systems managed by the Information Technology team.
  • Provide support for end user training initiatives alongside training resources.
  • Oversee the patching of supported environments to address updates and security vulnerabilities identified by the Infrastructure & Security team.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Administrative Systems to address any PCI, PII, or other information security requirements.
  • Offer support and assistance to the Incident Response Team as required.
  • Be available for on-call support during after-hour/non-business hours as needed.
