Overview:
Our food manufacturing client has fully integrated Infor M3, the process has been completed since 2018 and business has grown tremendously! The client can finally pause and slow down to improve their systems within M3!
The client has 2 Business Analysts currently on staff and would like to add a 3rd Business Analyst to their team. They had an M3 Business Analyst vacate their position, so this is an urgent hire to assist their M3 team. Most of this work involves M3 so the hired professional must have experience with M3. This position will involve supporting tickets and change management.
This role can be remote, but our client is open to the candidate relocating to Boulder, CO, this relocation expense would involve a 1-time reimbursement for relocation expenses.
Top 5 Required Skills:
- 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst with excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong people and relationship skills, someone who is collaborative.
- 3 years of M3 experience in food and beverage would be a plus with EDI.
- 5 years’ experience working in manufacturing industries.
- Has been in a role within the phases of the project management lifecycle, preferably across multiple systems.
Daily Activities
- Participate in multiple projects simultaneously.
- Participate in team planning and resource allocation discussions.
- Be a part of prioritization discussions.
- Work in Program Office process improvement discussions.
- Participate in the management of Program Office documents, such as Program Office templates, system architecture, and business process flow diagrams.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Infor M3 ERP to effectively guide subject matter experts in
maintaining master and transactional data and correct system, reporting, and/or integration issues when
needed.
- Work with the project team and technology vendors to develop and execute quality assurance, integration, and
performance tests, and support the project manager in logging and tracking the status of defects throughout
testing cycles.
- Provide project management support by developing:
- Business requirements specifications and business process flow.
- System requirements and technical system and/or integration workflows.
- Test plans and test cases for quality, user acceptance, system integration, performance, and any
other technical testing is needed.
- Specifications for enhancement requests.
- Specifications for report development requests.
