JD Edwards IT Business Analyst

Scope of the Position:
The IT Business Analyst will be responsible for working to increase the benefit achieved through the investment in JDE and other applications.
  • Currently on JD Edwards 9.2
  • Support user community
    • 160 end users
  • JD Edwards integration and G/L balance and posting from subsystems
    • Work orders, inventories, product costing, A/P and A/R
  • Troubleshoot issues reported from users
  • Support projects in JDE applications, developing and maintain reports and interfaces, project migrations and provide functional and technical support

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop functional and technical requirements and end user documentation for finance, sales, operations, engineering, LSD and BM
  • Work with and liaison between JDE clients
  • Support user community
    • Stuck orders
    • G/L balance
    • Work order creations
  • JSOX Compliance
    • Setup business systems controls to enforce policies and procedures
    • Analyzes and documents relevant business control systems
  • Assist with finance data conversions

The ideal candidate profile:
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience with Finance (G/L, A/P, A/R)
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience with Manufacturing (Procurement)
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience with Sales Order Management
  4. Database (Functionally be able to so Sequel)
  5. Experience with Project Management
  6. Bachelor’ s Degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field

Additional preferred skills:
  • OMW for Project Development
  • Orchestrator
  • System Foundation, Advanced Pricings, and Case Management

  • Vacation: Accrue up to 2 weeks per year
  • Holidays: 9 days plus 2 Personal
  • Jury Duty: Company pays up to 10 days
