ERP Operations Analyst – Manufacturing
Are you an analytical problem-solver with a strong background in manufacturing and ERP systems? Our client, a well-established and highly successful manufacturing company, is seeking an ERP Operations Analyst to join their team. This is a high-impact role where you will analyze material and labor transactions, investigate variances, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy across the organization. Daily Responsibilities:
Analyzing material and labor transactions, investigating variances, and implementing solutions to optimize data accuracy
Maintaining and enhancing the JD Edwards ERP system to support operational efficiency
Assisting in managing the cycle count program, investigating discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions
Serving as a liaison between IT and Manufacturing, troubleshooting JD Edwards ERP system issues, and ensuring smooth operations
Supporting Engineering and Data Processing teams in setting up product costing, bills of materials, and routings
Providing training and support to ERP end users, ensuring teams can effectively utilize the system.
Collaborating with departments to improve access to system information, driving data-driven decision-making
Qualifications:
Manufacturing Experience – Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required
ERP Proficiency – Experience with an ERP system is essential; JD Edwards is strongly preferred
Strong Work Ethic & Communication Skills – Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to assess and resolve issues efficiently
U.S. Work Authorization – Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
