Junior Social Media Manager
Location: Remote Pay: Up to $35.50 per hour DOE Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision and more
The main function of the marketing associate is to write content for social media accounts and help develop social media strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
Write and manage content for social media platforms.
Assist in developing social strategy for new accounts and differentiating strategies across various social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Threads, etc.)
Must be able to creatively write content and then manage publishing across various social media accounts.
Ability to work on multiple projects from conception to publication within deadlines.
Assist with branding and developing of marketing campaigns dedicated to increasing brand awareness, generating social engagement, and driving website traffic.
Increase online awareness and branding by utilizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
Skills:
Adept at using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Threads
Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage ones time.
Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
Education/Experience:
Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or public figure.
Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications, or journalism.
