Kinetic ERP Manager
Our client is a leader in the OEM parts and machine industry. They are currently seeking an Kinetic ERP Manager to oversee all aspects of the Kinetic ERP system. This team fosters a collaborative environment, puts technology first, and offers a wealth of growth opportunities. This is newly created role for the organization and will report to the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities of the Kinetic ERP Manager:
Develop annual launch roadmaps that are aligned to business strategy and goal.
Troubleshoot ERP related issues and provide solutions.
Develop and customize robust tools to track system utilization.
Manage ERP upgrades and maintenance.
Install ERP applications and integrate systems.
Develop and maintain system documentation as well as train end users.

Requirements for the Kinetic ERP Manager:
Onsite – 5 days a week
5+ years of management experience with E10 or Kinetic (either on or moving to)
Provide regular insight on new ERP features and direction
Develop, maintain, and regularly test business continuity plans for IT
Ensure effective risk management
Prior experience leading ERP implementations or upgrades
