Job Description
Our client is looking for a Workday Manager focused on HR Financial Accounting, Planning, and Analysis. This company resides in Atlanta and has been in service for over 130 years. Their client relationships are very important to them and this candidate will be a part of a wonderful team.
Daily Activities Include:
Monthly HR budget reporting and reconciliation of HR expenses to the General Ledger (Payroll, Benefits, and HR Operations)
Historical review, analysis, and reconciliation of HR profit center and ledger accounts
Compensation planning, analysis, and administration including salary benchmarking, internal equity, and trend analysis
Own annual HR budget development including forecasting of compensation, Insurance, and profit-sharing cost analysis
Develop and maintain HR accounting policies, standard operating procedures, and internal controls
Developing and tracking effective HR cost metrics and targets
Participating in the development of annual compensation survey responses
