Job Description

Marketing Data Analyst Planet Technology is looking for a full-time Marketing Data Analyst for a fun, dynamic, and passionate fitness company.

Location: New Hampshire (hybrid 3 days onsite)
 
THE ROLE 
  • Implement, maintain and scale effective data solutions, ensuring data quality, governance and documentation.
  • Review and approve media placement taxonomy, approve changes and updates to taxonomy as partners or channels are added.
  • Ensure App, Web and Paid Media tracking pixels are enabled to capture and collect data for reporting, optimization and insights.
  • Enable and maintain measurement criteria required to support measurement framework.
  • Provide and partner with agency on Ad Hoc analysis on media & creative, channel-level performance.
  • Lead agency data teams on modeling to evaluate Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), seasonal, macro/external business drivers, efficacy of promotion duration, lagged effects of Media exposure, etc.
  • Approve and validate monthly agency Media Spend submissions for ingestion into Datamart.
  • Oversee agency developed reporting dashboards ensuring their alignment with existing measurement plan as well as overall accuracy of data reported.
  • Lead integration of Epsilon (or other) platform into Marketing function:
    • Support and facilitate ingestion of 1st Part data into Epsilon People with internal  and Epsilon data teams.
    • Facilitate Epsilon development of Audience Segmentation analysis.
    • Oversee generation of Segmentation lists with Epsilon for ingestion into marketing platforms (Display & Video 360, Facebook, Snap, TikTok etc.).
    • Develop data output structure and cadence for use by agency media planning teams with Epsilon.
  • Lead and validate agency modeling efforts, for Multi-touch Marketing, Marketing Mix Model and propensity scoring.
  • Conduct Ad hoc analysis of Marketing/Media performance, establishing mathematical relationships between Marketing initiatives and business outcomes.
  • Lead  agency in development of Media KPI Reporting Dashboard.
  • Support Automated Market Makers with Liquid Adjustment Facility spend requests and analysis of key local market media activations.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in marketing analytics
  • Experience sourcing and evaluating media analytics from activation platforms
  • Ability to pull data from structured, un-structured databases and provide analysis
  • Working knowledge of digital analytics platforms like Google analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook etc.
  • Experience with multi-channel campaigns
