- Creation and art direction of motion graphics output across a range of deliverables, including video wall content, screen savers, attract loops, channel, web quick tours, guided tours, keynote animations, and social animations.
- Works hands-on and has proficient After Effects skills
- Demonstrates the utmost attention to detail and proactively identifies efficiencies.
- Sets a clear vision for the Motion Graphics team, and bring new ways of thinking and innovation into the group.
- Demonstrates strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Communicates and supports chosen design direction effectively with creative and project management staff, engendering trust and respect.
- Partners with the Brand and Design teams to build and strengthen relationships, and empowers the team by effectively delegating.
- Collaboration with content creators, business partners, editors, videographers, and graphic designers to bring stories and concepts to life for editorial campaigns for Music.
- Conceptualization, design and animation, and using varying styles for deliverables as needed are all necessary.
- Helping with motion guidelines and templates, facilitating the scaling of assets for various platforms, concepting, production and supporting communications with external partners.
- Able to develop well-conceived creative work that enhances rich visuals and supports a repeatable, practical process within a fast-paced campaign work- flow.
- After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- C4D or Maya a plus.
- An understanding of digital asset management, file organization
- Collaborative spirit
- Video editing abilities are a plus.
