NetSuite Business Applications Manager
The NetSuite Business Applications Manager is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of our NetSuite ERP system. This includes configuration, scripting, workflows, and system optimization. Must be able to diagnose what NetSuite can and can’t do. This role will also be supporting user roles/permissions, creating reports for various departments, and working closely with functional managers in supporting daily NetSuite business operations while driving improvements in overall system quality and user experience.
Daily Activities include:
• Manage the design, testing and implementation, maintenance, and configuration of the NetSuite system.
• Designing, testing, and implementing integrations with NetSuite (and certain other third-party finance applications)
• Maintain system data integrity by routinely analyzing data, creating and executing reports/queries, performing data audits and synchronizing data across systems as needed.
• Build new integrations, with documentation and testing.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to identify, recommend, and implement best practices, standard methodologies, and user-friendly processes.
• Troubleshoot system problems, resolving system errors and data errors.
• Maintain existing Finance system integrations and lead the implementation of new integrations as needed.
• Assist in the development of reports and dashboards to provide insights into business questions.
Qualifications:
• Experience creating fields and forms, saved searches, and reports.
• Experience with Financial workflows.
• Experience with 3rd party integrations.
