Our client is looking for a Oracle HCM Manager to manage their ERP Systems. This position will be working with stakeholders to drive leadership discussions and help maximize their Oracle footprint. They are looking for someone with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTNI, Workflows, Fast Formula, Alerts and a solid understanding of Oracle Integrations.
They are looking for deep knowledge of the HCM suite – implemented CORE HR and Recruitment and the person has to be techno-functional, not necessarily write integrations but be able trouble shoot or triage integrations. OIC for example they use OIC as the middleware, Kronos, and on-prem applications.
They are already an Oracle Cloud and they are doing basic inventory and building out new things in demand planning, CORE HR, Recruiting, Basic Comp, Incentive Compensation.
Must Have Requirements:
4+ Years of Oracle HCM as a techno-functional consultant
Expertise in CORE HR, Recruiting, Learning, and Performance Management
Solid Understanding of Oracle Cloud Integration tools
Solution Design, Develop and deploy
