Video provides a space for creators to connect directly with their audiences and form strong relationships. Their aim is to support the flywheel of content creation and help the next generation of creators turn their passion into a living by helping them grow their audience, engage their fanbase, and build a sustainable business on their digital platform.

This team is looking for a passionate & seasoned Product Marketing Manager to support and grow their Reels product suite, ensuring that their core products help Creators achieve their goals. As the PMM supporting one of the leading video products in the world, you'll be responsible for advising product teams on creator needs, shaping the multiyear product strategy for Reels, identifying gaps in our product suite, ideating net new experiences to refine our product vision, and managing our go-to-market plans for creator and developer facing launches.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about Creators, Video, and Expression. They will have a strong, multi-disciplinary background in business strategy, marketing, and analytical skills. Were looking for strong problem solvers who also have experience building organizations. Excellent analytical and communication skills are a must. This is a full-time position.

Location: 100% Remote, must be local to: San Francisco, Boston, Los Angeles, Baltimore, Houston, San Diego
Pay Rates: $77-$97/hr (depending on locaiton)

What You'll Do:
  • Partner with product management and engineering to define and shape a multi-year video investment strategy and roadmap
  • Envision and execute go-to-market plans for Reels, collaborating across engineering, product management, partnerships, operations, partner marketing and communications to test, announce, launch, & scale products
  • Surface & synthesize qualitative & quantitative insights that shape product direction
  • Shape the product's approach to video creation through audience segmentations, market analyses, and first-person research
  • Understand and evangelize for the needs of creators on the platform, actively identifying gaps and opportunities to better serve the audience
  • Drive the strategy around Reels’ partnerships with 3rd party developers and the vision for a full software development kit (SDK)
  • Influence the development of products, tools, and features that support the product's video ecosystem

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience including business strategy, product marketing, or marketing
  • Experience developing marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative insights
  • Experience launching and driving adoption for new products and services, owning and achieving KPIs
  • Understanding of the marketing funnel and know how to optimize it at each stage
  • Communication experience conveying ideas to end users and engineering teams alike

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA
  • Experience working with content creators, developers and publishers across video surfaces
  • Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
