Project Manager II
Our client is seeking an Agile Project Manager who will manage all aspects of software project management activities without oversight or support. The person will work with internal stakeholders, product managers and designers to manage the development of their internal platform. This role will be the primary Project Manager on multiple projects and will be responsible for project delivery, prioritization, resource management, timeline and quality. Software development project management experience is required.

Pay Rate: $40-$45/hr

What You’ll Be Doing:
? Independently manage agile projects by coordinating work performed by engineers and internal stakeholders.
? Manage project risks and prioritization, resolve blockers and ensure timely delivery within defined constraints.
? Assist with agile ceremonies as required in conjunction with internal stakeholders and the development team.
? Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
? Exercise ethical decision-making
? Be the voice in the room that always puts the user first.
What To Bring:
? Ability to manage Agile software development projects
? Be responsible for overall project delivery, coordinating with team leads and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are scoped appropriately and completed to specification and on schedule.
? Ensuring the team has a proper long term roadmap and correct short term task prioritization.
? Serve as a single point of contact and the escalation point between technical teams.
? Manage the intake and triage of new features, change requests, and bugs
? Good understanding of web technologies.

Experience and Education:
? 5+ years of professional experience managing software development projects
? 2+ experience using Agile methodologies. Good understanding of Scrum or Journey Team model
? Experience working with remote software development teams across different time zones.
? Experience with MERN stack is a plus.
? Some understanding of NLP.
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
