Pay Range: $55-$65/hr+ depending on experience

 is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our well-known global pharmaceutical clients.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal and external contacts to deliver on project plans, meetings and events associated with Oncology Nurse Educator.
  • Coordination of recruitment, onboarding, and team training.
  • Manage, coordinate, and maintain all aspect of the Oncology annual plan execution.
  • Manage and coordinate project and program budgets for key projects and initiatives, holding teams accountable for budget usage and tracking and submitting and tracking purchase orders as needed.
  • Acquire, maintain, and track data on various projects, including metrics and timely reporting of team activities.
  • Contribute to and drive the execution of ongoing and ad hoc projects for Oncology Nurse Educator such as optimization of Sharepoint.
  • Support the ongoing operations of the Oncology Nurse Educator.
Project Manager Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, and/or equivalent years of experience.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of overall project management experience.
  • Experience with company brands, products, and teams preferred.
  • Knowledge of event planning and functions a plus.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or PPM Tool experience a plus.
  • Expert in Microsoft Suite.
  • Smartsheet certification preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, problem-solving, and team coordination skills, with a track record of successful experiences in organizational roles.
  • Ability to build, maintain, and influence effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders, including management of all levels.
  • Ability to provide financial management for projects and operations with minimal supervision.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a high degree of integrity and accountability.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Top performer.
