Job Description
Prophet 21 Contractor Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Prophet 21 Contractor to support our client’s ERP and Bartender software implementation for their distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Prophet 21, a strong understanding of distribution processes, and familiarity with Bartender software. Key Responsibilities:
ERP Support: Provide technical and functional support for Prophet 21, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations.
Bartender Integration: Assist in the integration and configuration of Bartender software for label printing and compliance with industry standards.
System Optimization: Analyze current workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement, enhancing efficiency within the ERP system.
Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users to ensure proper utilization of Prophet 21 and Bartender.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and inventory management, to facilitate seamless integration of systems.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into inventory levels, sales trends, and operational performance.
Project Management: Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Prophet 21 ERP, preferably in a distribution environment.
Familiarity with Bartender software for label design and printing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train and support users.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Knowledge of inventory management, order processing, and supply chain operations is a plus.
Relevant certifications in ERP systems or related fields are advantageous.
