SAP S4 Product Costing Senior Consultant
Our client is a Big 4 Consulting firm. They are leading an S/4 Hana implementation with a Life Sciences company spinning out from its parent. It's a friendly split, and the plan was for a total of a 2 year runway to complete the program while still using the parents SAP ECC system. This is a very SAP saavy client, having been using SAP for over 15 yrs.
They are roughly 11 months into the project in the Design/Build phase, and are looking to add an SAP S/4 Hana Product Costing Senior Consultant to their team. This person will be working in a very Agile setup and literally in a fire fighting mode. While this role is for someone strong who can hit the ground running, it's very hands-on. There is no team to manage. This piece of work involves working on a few custom interfaces where we are sourcing Product Costing and Finance data out of S4 using BW as the technology. The FI-CO Lead is leading the effort and this person would be hands-on working at a super-fast speed with them. Speed is of essence here. Working hands-on reviewing data in the system, downloading data, working on Excel, identifying defects, working on fixes, helping BW team with the resolution and then testing it till it fixed.
Ideally looking for someone to travel every other week to Jersey City. Will consider remote only candidates if can't find someone to come onsite
Must Have Requirements:
- 9+ years of SAP Product Costing (PC)
- At least one full life cycle implementation of SAP PC on S/4 Hana
- Strong experience with SAP BW
- Experience with Hana Sidecar
- Strong experience with integrations
- SAP General Ledger (GL)
- Excellent understanding of the cost data and where it comes from
- Strong client facing experience and communications skills
- Strongly prefer experience working for a large consulting firm on end client projects
