Planet Technology is seeking an experienced hands-on ServiceNow Technical Consultant - CSM & FSM.

Location: Remote, U.S. (exception CA)
Salary Range: $160K-$185K
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate as part of the implementation project team.
  • Drive process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current and future processes.
  • Identify solutions from a people, process, and technology perspective during workshops with key client stakeholders.
  • Highlight areas for business process improvement and determine solutions with detailed pros, cons, risks, benefits, and costs.
  • Communicate with the team and client about business processes, requirements, and design to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs.
  • Guide and deliver successful implementation of new processes with other project team members.
  • Support and enable clients to leverage ServiceNow functional capabilities and improve associated processes.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the technical implementation team.
  • Ensure process-related deliverables to clients are complete, consistent, high quality, and timely.
  • Collaborate and contribute to the creation, deployment, and maintenance of process best practices and standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
Qualifications:
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Experience: 2+ years as a ServiceNow technical consultant with a proven track record of successful CSM implementations.
  • Preferred Experience: Delivering ServiceNow FSM, ITSM, SPM, or Employee Center implementations.
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience in configuring and developing ServiceNow functionality and integrations, including Flows, Business Rules, JavaScript, Integration Hub, REST, etc.
  • Consulting Experience: Leading the analysis and documentation of current processes and defining and deploying future processes and solutions in client environments.
  • Certifications:
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist-Customer Service Management (CSM)
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist-Field Service Management (FSM)
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist-IT Service Management (ITSM)
    • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred)
  • Work Experience: Current or previous experience with a ServiceNow partner (preferred).
  • Education: BS or BA degree in a technology or business major (preferred).
