Sr. Systems R&D Analyst – (Perm) – Onsite – MA
Biotech Research organization seeks a Sr. Systems R&D Analyst for a permanent/full-time opportunity located just 30 minutes west of Boston, MA. Ideal candidate will have 4+ years utilizing systems to include Water’s NuGenesis ELN and Empower Chromatography CDS. Ideal candidate will have the ability to gather business requirements and author these, as well as create Life Sciences R&D Workflows and document accordingly. Individual will also be able to perform hands-on systems administration as needed, while leading efforts to fully optimize systems and functionality within a highly regulated GxP environment. Opportunity offers a full-time onsite role within a successful organization with a purpose to positively impact patients struggling with disease.

Requirements
  • US Citizen or Green Card Holder Work Authorization, located in the US.
  • An individual with the ability to be onsite 5 days a week ideally.
  • Prior Water’s NuGenesis ELN and Empower Chromatography Data Software Applications with ideally 4+ years within these areas.
  • Knowledge of Life Sciences Research and Development  workflow processes with  a history in working within this capacity as well as within GxP laboratories.
  • Expertise within 21 CFR Part 11 lab systems qualifications.
  • A background in databases, web and client server applications and some programming and development are desirable.
  • Expertise in systems administration within the NuGenesis ELN and Empower systems.

Responsibilities
  • Managing various lab enterprise level systems to include Waters NuGenesis ELN as well as Empower CDS.
  • Leading and coordinating both business and technical conversations to gather and understand user related needs within Research & Development.
  • Working with business partners, quality and IT to help develop user requirements, perform application deployment, user acceptance test scripts, while executing these against validation plans, and provide daily system administration support.
  • Assisting in the creation of new Life Science Research and Development  processes, standards and systems.
  • Performing business analysis and some project management regularly, with systems administration capabilities.
  • Ensuring all work performed is conducted within regulatory guidelines and industry best practices to include GxP.
