Job Title: Techno-Functional HRIS Consultant
Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional HRIS Consultant who can work remote to provide critical support in improving the overall quality of our HRIS system. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with HRIS systems and have hands-on experience with Paycom, specifically with the time and labor module. This person will play a vital role in managing critical HR processes, system integration, and reporting in the Paycom system.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the rollout of a new timecard system and provide testing and assistance in integrating with Microsoft Dynamics.
Provide ongoing support to the in-house HR team, help them learn the system, and assist in improving the overall quality of HRIS data.
Configure the organizational structure with positions and assign employees to positions.
Work with the HR team to create reports and provide valuable insights to help improve HR processes and decision making.
Coach and mentor the HR team to improve their overall understanding of the HRIS system and provide guidance on best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience working with HRIS systems.
Expertise in Paycom, specifically with the time and labor module.
Proven experience with process improvement and a mindset focused on quality data and teaching the HR team.
Ability to coach and instruct the HR team.
The Techno-Functional HRIS Consultant will not be responsible for running payroll operations, but will be responsible for managing critical HR processes such as absence management, time and labor management, employee profile and tracking, and position management.
