Job Description


Our client is looking to add a UKG HRIS Manager to their team for a full time 40/hr week perm role located in Chicago IL (On site 3 days a week).

Responsibilities:
  • Be the site subject matter expert on their highly customized UKG MyPro interface.
  • This role will require the candidate to be client facing and skilled with communication and collaboration.
  • They will also help lead training initiatives in conjunction with IT across all of Amsted’s business units.
  • The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to take ownership of their responsibilities and independently drive projects to completion. 

Daily Activities:
  • This position will be responsible for the development, management, and optimization of the current HRIS system, UKG PRO.
  • This position will have to demonstrate advanced-level knowledge of UKG MyPRO Core Modules (HR, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Learning, Employee Voice)
  • This position will involve cross-training w/ the HRIS Operations Manager, and business unit HRIS analysts to ensure effective utilization of HRIS technology, sharing of best practices/opportunities, and attainment of HRIS guiding principles.
  • This position will play a hands-on role in managing permissions, access, personalization, and settings for users in addition to inputting, supporting, and maintaining data integrity of the MyPRO system.
  • This position will require strong collaboration, organizational skills, excellent communication, and customer service skills, and most of all, a genuine passion for technology, including a strong interest in ongoing enhancements and innovations within the HRIS space.
Our client has a customized version of the UKG Pro platform that they call “MyPro”. Main modules to look for initially would be the HR, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent Management.

This role will work hand in hand with the HRIS Operations Manager, and report directly to the Project Manager of ERP Systems.


Qualifications/Skills:
  • UKG experience – specifically with HR, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent Management modules.
  • Ability and knowledge of working with highly customized dashboards within UK platforms.
  • Functional skill set – will be collaborating with HRIS Operations Manager and be very client-facing.
  • Technical knowledge to communicate and strategize with the technical team to implement proposed solutions. Experience leading projects to completion.

Logistics:
  • Ability to be onsite 3 days a week in Chicago, IL (no relocation assistance)
