Our customer is implementing Workday Core HCM (Absence, Compensation, Payroll & Time Tracking) with a go live scheduled in July, 2023. They are seeking a strong Core HCM Functional Lead to lead them through the transformation. They have just started unit configuration testing. The customer needs assistance and guidance on defining processes as they implement Workday, help them translate requirements from the business, get the requirements out, translating all the SKUs (how to test/how to validate) and “fill out the Workbook. Candidate should be very hands on. The job is 40 hours per week and is 100% remote. Managers sit in New Jersey and Ohio.
