We are working with a key client in Germany seeking an experienced Workday Finance Consultant to join their team. This is an internal role with flexible remote or hybrid work options based in Berlin or Frankfurt.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Workday Finance stakeholders to analyze and gather business requirements.
Lead improvement projects within Workday Finance independently.
Support finance teams by testing and implementing new features.
Provide day-to-day support to a diverse Workday Financials user base, addressing requests and ensuring optimal system performance.
Requirements:
Solid understanding of finance processes; prior experience in an operational finance role is a plus.
Expertise in core Workday Finance modules, along with proficiency in at least one additional module.
2+ years of Workday support experience, including ticket management, user training, system updates, and reporting, with a track record of leading optimization or implementation projects.
Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and high energy.
Fluency in English and German (French is a plus).
