The Planet Group have recently been engaged by an International Food & Beverage client to secure a permanent HR Consultant covering the HCM, Absence and Compensation areas of Workday.
Position Overview:
In this role you are responsible for maintenance, enhancement and continuous development of HR solutions based on the set strategy and targets. Your scope covers HCM, Absence and Compensation areas in Workday. You are responsible for ongoing operations of the solution as well as planning and executing the solution updates.
The role reports into the HR Director and can be based from multiple locations in any global office including Belgium (Roeselare / Gent), Spain (Barcelona / Berga) or Milton Keynes in the UK.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Workday solution maintenance and support based on our support model together with application management service provider in the areas of HCM, Absence and Compensation
Participate to the long-term design and prioritization according to the governance model
Workday solution enhancement and short-term development (configuration) together with application management service provider in the areas of HCM, Absence and Compensation.
Change management including communication, training, stakeholder management in relation to transferring enhancements and development to operations
GDPR and data security related communication and spreading awareness
Support reporting development within your functional areas; HCM, Absence and Compensation
Key Requirements:
Ideally degree qualified.
Relevant experience in HR or HR IT solutions, specifically with Workday in areas of HCM, Absence and/or Compensation
Structured, pragmatic and problem solving approach
Strong communication & presentation skills
You need to be a team player with can-do attitude, capability for building partnerships and at the same time ability to work independently
Fluency in English on a professional level, both oral and written
