Our client is looking for a Workday HCM lead - ideally with adv comp experience, 8+ years experience.
The role is mainly remote and one week per month in Germany with expenses paid. Key workshops communing up mid March and early April, onsite in Germany
The client is looking for a resource that is hands-on configuration of the WD systems, as well as lead workshops. The deployment partner has offshore resources for most of the configuration. The client is moving from SAP success factors to Workday.
English speaking project
6 months initial contract, project roadmap is three years in total
4-5 days per week, can ramp up over the first few weeks if someone is finishing a project
