The HRIS Enterprise Solutions Lead will work as part of the Lennar HRIS team and will be responsible for leading efforts and complex projects pertaining to the Workday HCM system. This incumbent needs to be a subject matter expert in all aspects of Workday Absence and Time Tracking, Business Processes, Security, Reporting and Configuration with extensive knowledge in the areas of Performance and Talent. This position serves as a technical point-of-contact for the mentioned functional areas and assists the functional subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, requirements gathering, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. They will also support and manage the Workday semi-annual updates, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.
This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the application security strategy for Lennar’s Workday platforms. In addition to, they will work closely with business partners, analysts, and cross functional teams to translate security requirements, recommend, and implement business processes and existing system configuration improvements. They will also manage, provide guidance, motivation, emotional support, and mentorship to junior team members.
