Workday Integrations Lead
Our client is implementing the Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials & Supply Chain Management suite, and requires an experienced Workday Integrations Lead to join the team and represent the client in the design, development and delivery of all integrations. Responsible for integration architecture, understanding of and application of Workday best practices, management of development team to assigned project timetables and deliverables, support to team members to solution for technical issues, collaborate with data and functional team, ability to organize technical information for leadership reporting, including; status reports, technical assessments, support to decision making (issue analysis), support to testing phases that include unit test, end to end and defect remediation and management.
Heavy expectation for someone proficient on the FINS/SCM side as they are particularly weak here. Should have some experience on HCM/Payroll Integrations as well.
Experience on client-side projects is a MUST. Ability to interact with the Implementation Partner.
- Experience as an Integrations Lead is required on multiple large end-to-end implementations of Workday HCM and Financials, including:
- Requirements gathering sessions and workshops - must lead these sessions and activities
- Solution design and creation of technical specifications
- Hands-on development and direction of assignments to a team of developers
- Go-live process, and hypercare
This is a hands-on role - must be able to work effectively in the tenant and be able to develop complex integrations.
Strong profile and excellent communications skills - presentation, oral and written.
Active Workday HCM or FINS Integrations certification is NOT required. Prior certifications in one or the other is nice to have.
